I recently picked up some fabulous beauty items at Sephora and Ulta. The following are my favorites and are absolutely amazing! I will list the link below along with a picture!
Tarte Double Duty Beauty The Lip Sculptor Double Ended Lipstick & Lipgloss in Basic (White Nude)
This is an exclusive product to Ulta and is the size of a mascara, but has a lipstick on one end with a lipgloss on the other. Depending on your mood you are able to choose if you would prefer just lipstick or to add gloss on top. The formula is lightweight and not sticky. It is definitely my favorite right now.
Lorac Alter Ego Lip Gloss in Southern Belle
I got a great deal on this and had seen it on many of my favorite YouTube channel, Glamlifeguru, also known by her name Tati Westbrook. This limited edition lipgloss comes in a variety of colors and has a matching lipstick. This collection came out to celebrate Lorac’s 20th Anniversary and is exclusively only sold at Ulta. The texture is lightweight and not sticky, and has a great lasting power. The color of Southern Belle a light peach/pink color that reminds me of my all time favorite from Nars in Turkish Delight. This is a great price and fun color for Spring!
Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Definer in Taupe
I have the brow wiz as well from Anastasia Beverly Hills and it has worked great for me, but one thing I love about the Definer is that the larger and angled tip allows for a quicker application. I think it is great and allows you to mimic hairs in sparse areas and do your brows in record breaking time. It’s a must have!
Benefit Dew the Hoola Cream Matte Bronzer
This the cream version of my favorite bronzer, Hoola. The creamy texture glides on skin and works great with a beauty blender. It is matte and does not have any shimmer in it. If you are looking to have more of an intense tan look, set the cream with the powder version of the bronzer for the ultimate sun kissed glow!
Benefit Shy Beam Liquid Matte Highlighter
If you ever were a fan or still are of Benefit’s High Beam pink highlighter, this is the matte version. Not only is it great if you are not a huge fan of a shimmer highlighter but it also is great to brighten up under the eyes, nose and forehead. It is amazing formula that is light and glides on effortlessly.
Urban Decay Naked Skin One & Done Hybrid Complexion Perfector in Light/Medium
I had heard such amazing things about this new product that recently launched for Urban Decay’s Summer 2016 line. I wanted to try it for myself and was amazed at the abilities it does to your skin. It comes in 6 shades and in the Sephora description it offers skin care benefits with, “SPF 20 protection with the coverage of a sheer foundation. There’s no need for foundation—one step and you’re done. The innovative, lightweight formula provides more coverage, hydration, and optical blurring than a BB or CC cream. It transforms the look of your skin with light-diffusing spheres so that flaws seem to disappear. Over time, pores appear smaller and skin looks noticeably firmer and more radiant.” I am looking forward to using this more in the coming months or when I need a quick pick me up on days where I do not want to put on foundation. In addition this is oil free and lightweight but makes your skin look fabulous.
Clinique Pep-Start Eye Cream
So I have never worn eye cream before since I always thought you started to when you were much older. However, I asked the woman helping me at Sephora and she said I should start now and recommended this. It is a round application top that you pop up when using then push down when down. You use it morning and night after cleansing, but before you moisturize. It has the most amazing cooling sensation that wakes up your eyes and brings circulation to the undereye. I having been only been using this product for about a week but it not only brightens under your eyes but also makes and puffiness go away. It’s hydrating and a great product.
I hope you enjoyed this post on my recent favorite beauty buys and let me know if you recommend anything that you love!
